 Using the Gallery.

  By Chronos

When you have found a picture that you would like to send to yourself or a friend, just under the image click the E-Card button. As mentioned before if the E-Card text is white then this picture can be sent via a postcard.
(see fig 1)

When you click the E-Card button a new screen will appear (fig 2). For the ease of explaining this page I have split the page into sections.
The picture below is the top part of the E-Card screen and as you can see is the same as you have become used to with the browsing of the gallery.

Figure 3, below, shows what is below the image. This is where you can customize the E-Cards colors and fonts.
The Background color is the actual color of the postcard, border color is the color of the postcards edge, font color is the color of the text that you will type in.
The fonts are generic, and many of them will show using Internet Explorer with either a Mac or a PC. We have chosen these as they are the most common, maybe not the nicest fonts around, but have a 95% chance of being viewed correctly with all browsers.
All you do is select the button under the color, or at the side of the font name.

Fig 4, below, shows the main part of sending an E-Card, this will show your name and email address and allows you to add the name and email of the person you are sending the card to.
You can also add the title of the card and a message. All these have to be filled in or you won't be able to preview your card and get it just the way you would like it to be sent. When you have finished the customizing of the card, click the eCard preview button at the bottom of the page.

In fig 5, below, this is the preview screen of your E-Card and shows how it will look to the person you are sending it to. Below the card is the senders and recipient's email addresses so you can double check that everything is correct before you send it.
If it doesn't look quite the way you want it to look then click the Modify eCard button at the bottom of the screen. If everything is just the way you want it, click the send eCard button at the bottom of the screen.

In fig 6, below, shows what happens when you click the Send eCard. It still shows the preview of the card but the top text has changed and states that the eCard has been sent. The link underneath will take you back to the gallery page you came from.
