The U.N. Plan for UFO Disclosure and the International Year of Astronomy
Although no mention was made of my inquiry about the alleged UFO briefings or planned 2009 disclosure effort, it’s noteworthy that the first email also mentioned the stated purposes of the International Year of Astronomy as found on the official website at
www.astronomy2009.org. The first purpose has some interesting wording.
