Description: I have this video never seen before. At 38 seconds of this video shows a strange phenomenon among the trees. I personally think that for about 4 seconds of poor quality recording, no fake video will not. Ask anyone who has a program to improve the quality of video to work with this material to pass through the filters and help to understand this mystery. I think that this phenomenon should be studied rather than criticize.
