 Creativespirits.net is not a site meant for kids or children under the age of 13. We do however, have visitors under 13 visiting Creativespirits.net. Although under COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), Creativespirits.net does not fall into the category of commercial sites or an online service directed at children, nevertheless, we have re-written our privacy policy. 

 We state that we do not store personal information such as email address, name etc. All email address, names and details submitted via form mail or posted in the message board is done so at the risk of the individuals who do so. Creativespirits.net does not store emails once answered or any of the details stated in emails.

 Free Web Graphics Terms and Conditions.

 What's Free Graphics and What's Not?.

 Free Web Graphics are designs in the Signature section's. The exception is the section called 'Your Signatures and Images' You are responsible to ask permission for these images from the respective owners.  Creativespirits.net will not be party to theft of copyrighted images.

 Non-free web graphics are those used on this site other than in the Signature section. This includes but is not limited to headers that contains section names, title names and anything written with the Creativespirits.net name. They are not free and not for downloading and or further editing. Contact us if you need assistance in creating something similar for your own use.

 No Direct Linking.

 Do not link from the Creativespirits.net server. Stealing bandwidth which someone else (i.e. Creativespirits.net) has paid for is illegal.  Creativespirits.net does keep track of direct usage and will do what is necessary to stop this theft.

 Give Credit.

 Please let others know where the graphics you use is from.  A text link to the graphic or on a credit page would be sufficient.

 No Distribution of our free graphics.

 You may download the free graphics for your own use but to pass it on to others (i.e. creating a  CD for your friends) would go against our policies.  Making money off of someone else's work is unethical and illegal.
