there is what appears to be another man swimming towards the land and this figure is holding a giant Book. This figure is clearly trying to keep the Book out of the water and so this very large book is important. As the Hebrews, Israelites, and Judeans, were generally known as the People of the Book this is a very clear message that these are people Israelite or Judean people who have left Judea, and who have sailed west through the Mediterranean and passed through the Strait of Gibraltar before arriving in Britain.
