This spirit box is really small it fits easily into the palm of your hand. It’s a decent entry level device for paranormal enthusiasts. It has a straightforward interface with adjustable sweep speeds and am/fm frequently scanning capabilities to capture EVP. During testing it produced clear white noise but distinguishing clear voices from regular radio interference takes some practice and patience. The overall build is very lightweight and it feels more like a novelty build than a sturdy piece of equipment. It does have decent battery life but it isn’t very loud.

This is a deluxe version of the famous SB11 Spirit Box. It has all the same features as the regular SB11 but also has the added ANC feature, that is Adjustable Noise Control. This feature dramatically reduces the unwanted noise during station scanning so that the user can much more clearly distinguish possible messages from the other side. It comes with pre-set settings for the noise control but through the buttons on the back of the SB11-ANC the user can tweak the noise control to the level of his or her liking. There is + and – control buttons for each channel – for both the FM and AM channel. Like the original SB11 one can scan both channels at the same time and choose directions independently for the scanning of each channel – forward and backward.
