I was driving in California, in Ventura area, decided to show my friends in Michigan how beautiful the ocean is, so I stopped & took a picture. There was a white, shiny spot, thought it was something to do with the ship in the picture, or maybe glare. I didn’t take another picture, but as I went to leave there were then 3 of the spots. I had no idea other people had seen them & they were not jus glare or something to do with the ship. That was late Oct 2009.
