A friend of mine took this and swears it’s real. I can tell you with 100% certainty that this was taken with an LG flip phone a few years ago (hence the potato quality), and that this image was never touched with any photoshop. It was sent straight from his phone to mine and neither of us even know the first thing about photoshop. With all that being said, it must just be a really crappy photo of an actual person walking down the road (even though he swears he saw it appear one minute and gone the next and no one else was around). Thoughts?
